We were visiting from out of town. This was my first time eating at this establishment, although we have them near where I live. I had the fried fish meal. The fish looked and tasted like frozen fish, and the portions were small. The fries were room temperature and crunchy instead of crispy. I ordered the salad with my meal, and some of the lettuce in the salad was wilted. The waitress was friendly and service was pleasant.

I ordered the Chicken-fried Chicken through DoorDash. Unfortunately, it arrived without gravy. I called the restaurant to see what could be done and they offered to bring it to me! The General Manager, Colby, personally came to deliver the gravy! That is some amazing customer service! And they have the best Chicken-fried Chicken in town! Thank you Bricktown and thank you Colby!

We stopped by for a quick bite and a little wine. A party o 3, we wanted to share a bottle but was told we could not purchase a bottle, only 3 separate glasses. Then when the drinks finally came, there was something floating in my glass. It was replaced, but with attitude. Our food was then delivered to our table, but no plates.(shared appetizers) or silverware. 2 of the 3sets were dirty,as was the replaced sets, and 1 plate was dirty as well. We opted to just share from the big platter and since it was nachos, just eat with our fingers. Not once did our server come to check on us....
