I spent over $14.00 on ice cream and my party sat outside. I didn't realize I was unable to request a cup of water. Instead, I had to purchase a bottle of water costing over $2.00. I realize that there isn't a law requiring establishments to provide a small cup of water free of charge, and I also realize that your staff having a tiny bit of decency isn't a quality you all expect as an employer. The staff was more concerned with "chest bumping" each other behind the counter and fixing each other's unicorn hats than providing halfway decent customer service. Zero stars. Zero future business.

I walked into this establishment not to long ago and as soon as I walk in I hear two young women yelling at these other workers trying to help customers and I heard a “jemya stop yelling” from one of the helpful employees, and it made the overall experience worse then my uneventful life already is, my wife has already complained about how some workers need better training (anger management classes) or just need to straight up be fired. The ice cream was good, I really like birthday cake/mint chocolate milkshakes from here.

Baskin Robbins will always be a great shop, in Bartlett it is kind of tucked away in the corner of shopping center & busy road. Staff is attentive but not overly friendly. Like they were there to do a good job but nothing extra. Would help is the vibe was more positive. Restaurant was clean, but small seating area.

The staff working there are just rude. They forgot to write my son’s name on his birthday cake but never offered to fix it. I just got blank stares so after an awkward moment I just said okay it’s fine his name is not on there. I thought they gave me the wrong size cake and instead of looking up my order for me I had to go back to the car to get my phone to look myself. But the order was correct other than forgetting to write my sons my name. 35 bucks even in today economy 40 if you count tax was a lot for the tiny cake I got but my son had been getting that same came cake for at least the la
