The empty parking lot explains why this restaurant should be closed or renovated. Outdated interior/furniture, black substances in the drink fountain, order was not properly prepared as requested, fries in the kitchen stored on the floor as I noticed when the door swung open, service was bare. Will not eat here again and I do not recommend.

Made our chicken and other combos first, left off fries. So we tell them, they were supposed to remake it. Waited over 30 min for them to remake the fries and had to get a refund because they never made em and all the other food was cold. Now that I’ve read the other reviews, I’m trying to understand why my husband chose this place. No one should choose this place. Wtheck?! And the lady behind the register had a lil attitude. Might wanna find another line of work then. Not our fault yall are incompetent

I ORDERED A COUPLE DAYS AGO AND I MUST SAY THAT THE NEW GENTLEMAN AT THE FRONT COUNTER IS THE PERFECT EXAMPLE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. I FORGOT TO GET HIS NAME BUT IT WAS A YOUNG AFRICAN AMERICAN DUDE WITH DREADS PLUS THE KITCHEN IS ALWAYS FAST AND ACCURATE WHEN ME AND MY BROTHER GO. I LOVE IT!

I came in today and tried to order a 30 piece all flats. Then menu says all flats is an extra $1 per 10 wings. But the person at the drive thru speaker said they won’t let me do that for a whole 30 piece….thats ridiculous. It’s a chicken place that all they mainly sell is chicken. I don’t eat drums! How you going to try to make someone buy something they don’t want to get what they do want. If you need to charge more money to sell all flats then do that but you don’t tell somebody they can’t get what they want. What’s the point in being in business lol….. I literally drive right down to stree
