Went to Wendy's today. They greeted me within 10 seconds of walking in. The cashier was very polite. I believe it was the assistant manager. Who said she would accommodate my order. Since I had to wait a while. Instead of a single burger I received a double burger. The restaurant was very clean.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ❗️ This Morning Between 8 or 9 My Boyfriend went to buy us some Breakfast meals , 2 chicken Biscuit MEALS with 2 Extra Chicken biscuits ONLY . He Got Home And Showed me They Only Gave Him 2 Chicken Biscuits & 2 PLAIN BISCUITS with no Chicken . We Drove Back Up There And went through the drive Thru to Let them Know & IMMEDIATELY TRIED TO CHARGE US for something We Paid already paid for so we asked for our refund & The Lady There She Is A Bright Skinned Lady with maybe in her early or late 40’s talking about these folks and this TAX MONEY & Something else She Said I Couldn’t

Just wasted my money . Everything was cold and I don’t have time to go back. If you know you won’t eat it don’t serve it .

I would give this visit 1 star because the food was cold! They also forgot parts of my order and when I went back they wanted to back up to the first window. I would not because I wasn't ordering! They did not seem to understand this. The person at the window then went to the side and starting calling me crazy and that I must be smoking Crack! This was a very horrible experience! Cold fries and cold nuggets!
