I havent ate at this location in a long while. But I had a few things across street at Kroger to grab. So I opted for Wendys over McDonald's. Boy that was a mistake. First a shortage in supply means no lettuce. Um its called just go to kroger. Dang. Next. Drive thru for 3pm was crazy. So went in side. I used the app to order but have to let them know. I placed a mobile order for drive thru pickup. I got in line at 10 pm. When I got here there were a couple people in line and one car at the window. We waited in line and didn’t move for about 30 minutes. The only time we moved up was when other cars ultimately decided to leave. With one car at the window we proceeded to wait another 10 minutes. Then they had the one car that had been waiting at the window for so long pull forward into a parking spot for their order 😭 I would have left if I hadn’t already paid for the food. There’s literally nothing that could take 40 minutes to cook at this

This place is completely slow, disorganized, & nasty. The only cashier literally up & left (without saying a word) for a cigarette break while she still had 3 people in line & noeone to cover for her. So these customers just stood there & waited when she stepped outside. There were fries on the counter by the register (which was already dirty btw) that sat there for about 20 minutes until they were finally picked up. Oh & they were there when we got there, so who knows how long they REALLY sat there for. We ordered 3 of the "4 for $4" meals. My husband & daughter had burgers, I had a chicken

Been here about 30 minutes now. The last 5 times I came here I gave up and went to McDonald's, but this time I want to see the food. Hopefully they'll remember they're at work.... Smh I'm editing because OMG it was well worth the wait. Maybe it takes forever because they cook it fresh to order. I don't know, but really I think you just need to come when the 4:00 crew is there because they are Definitely cooking with Love! 😍 Keep it up and you'll get a well deserved raise, I'm sure
