We were passing by and decided to stop in. I've seen them on IG but it was my first time. I was impressed from the parking lot, the aroma was inviting. Upon entering, I noticed the place was clean, soft music was playing and we were immediately greeted by staff. The daily special was salsberry steak, which was perfect because I desired a home cooked meal. The food did not disappoint! To begin, the plate were so heavy it could've fed 2 people. I ordered the chicken pasta plate two sides. It was recommended by a friend but when I got my plate, there was no chicken at all in my pasta. Just straight pasta. I called back to let them know but did not get answer and i got this on much break and couldn’t go back.

I came all the way from Florida to try this restaurant. We waited in line for 20 minutes while they would had 2 customers in front of us. We got chicken , Mac and cheese , cabbage, corn bread , and yams, the cabbage and yams was nasty! Too much seasoning!. The chicken had no taste. probably the nastiest chicken I’ve ever had . The Mac and cheese was ok …… after eating and letting my food digest my stomach being to hurt . I genuinely feel like I have to throw up !
