Overall, it was a good experience with pleasant staff, and I would rate the visit four stars. The coffee tasted great, and the food was delicious, including the crepes, eggs, pancakes, bacon, and sausage. I did want to mention a couple of areas for consideration. First, the hallway leading up to the restaurant appeared as though it hadn't been cleaned in some time. While I understand this may be outside of your specific location's responsibility, I wanted to bring it to your attention. Today, while visiting this mall, which is only 3 minutes from my daughter's house, we were finishing up our Christmas shopping and decided to have breakfast at the IHOP in the Bayshore mall. The service was excellent, the staff who served us were very friendly, the food was delicious, and I enjoyed the best company: my daughter and my grandchildren. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed it very much. Thank you, guys, for the great service

Ordered from here and there were missing items. Had to go back to the store to receive the missing items. Was able to get missing food without a problem. However 3 out of the 5 meals I ordered had hair in the eggs. My eggs Benedict with avocado and bacon had black avocado. I asked for sauce on the side and never got the sauce. Too many items missing and unsanitary. Will never order or go to this place again.
