Clean environment, comfortable, booths, fast service, decent coffee. Coke fans be forewarned: Pepsi products only. Solid eggs. The home fries are those skinny pre-chopped kind, not the best. Sausage is not really breakfast sausage it’s more like bratwurst, but it was delicious. And the pancakes – well the pancakes do live up to the hype. Maybe not the world‘s best, but very good, light, fluffy, not too sweet. Wish there was better syrup.

I am extremely disappointed with our recent experience at this diner. We were served salsa that had visible mold in it, and unfortunately my husband had already eaten some before we noticed. This is a serious food safety issue that could have made someone very sick. What made the situation even worse was how it was handled. The manager never came to our table to apologize or address the issue personally. At checkout, the apology we received felt dismissive and insincere.
