This place is amazing! From the food to the service and atmosphere. It’s very warm and inviting inside, wood paneling and paintings on the walls. Cozy and definitely feels like an old school Italian restaurant. Servers are welcoming and super friendly. Attentive but not too attentive. We made a reservation by calling, it was busy but there were still a few tables empty on a Saturday night. The bartender greeted us with a big smile. Honestly this place should be busier it’s much better than the other Italian restaurants in town. We started off with calamari. $20. Perfect texture, and flavor. N

This is easily the finest dining experience I have ever had in Bayonne. I have no idea why there is not a line down the street waiting to get in. The food was outstanding- delicious- creative. We wished that we could have gone in the kitchen just to watch the chef prepare it all. We loved our clams oreganata appetizer- just the little sauce was amazing! I had stuffed pork chops with a brandy cream sauce served with a lovely cloud like potato puree- it was absolutely celestial and could not have been any better. Our desserts were so fine too. We shared a perfect creme brulee and the cannoli-

This place has the potential to be great. It needs a bit of a pick me up, the food and the atmosphere. The servers were pretty good. I would come back and hope to see some improvement. This was only my first time. I might go back just to show my family. I do want to support our local businesses.

For many years now, this has been our go to restaurant in Bayonne for excellent southern Italian food. I regularly have the fegatini ( chicken livers) balsamico as an appetizer or the fegatini Venezia as a main course. Last Saturday l had the linguine fruiti di mare, and it was wonderful. The seafood was tender and delicious and the pasta was perfectly al dente. It's also the little things- great bread, tasty veggies and the croquettes? Truly delicious.
