Kimberly Lim Legaspi★★★★★Hainan is one of the local restaurants that keeps me coming back, not only because of the quality of the food but also because of the variety on the menu. Whether it’s comforting noodle dishes, crispy fried specialties, or classic Korean-Chinese favorites, there is something for everyone. I also appreciate that many of their dishes come in different sizes, making it easy to order according to your appetite. I chose the small portions, which were still generous enough. Gino Lee★★★★★Ordered fried rice and seafood noodles — both were delicious and tasted authentically Korean. The servers were very polite!

It's a bit of a walk from Main Street, so I would recommend catching a bus, especially in the cold weather! The ambiance is casual, with the menu items posted up around the restaurant. For food, it comes down to preference. We each ordered a jjajangmyeon ($11.98 - I could've sworn the menu said $9.99, but that may be a lunch special price?) and a medium tangsuyuk to split ($23.99). Pricing is fair, and it is still cheaper than Manhattan prices. I was a bit off-put b
