The employees working the Beavercreek location were super friendly, attentive and helpful! Seems difficult to find just the most basic customer service these days and these ladies were above and beyond exceptional. Not to mention the food is on point, and I love they frequently have coupons available. 10/10 would recommend and come back here again.

Long time Hothead customer but DO NOT order from the Beavercreek location. Ordered from door dash. They left out two quesos and no guacamole on my burrito. $12 left out. I called and the store manager (self identified as such) basically told me to pound sand, take it up with door dash. Extremely unprofessional. Very disappointing. Order from another location if you can.

Yeah, this review is just for Dashers really, careful which lady you asked behind the counter about your Dasher order. It was missing a water bottle and didn’t seem like there was a cookie so I asked her and she screamed at me at the top of her lungs twice. I know we all have a bad day, but this lady was trying to fight me over me asking about a cookie. Hopefully this gets fired, but I doubt it.

Recent visits to this location have been subpar. Staff seems to lack skill and care/attention to preparing orders. Doordash orders from this location are also lacking, two full size burritos were shoved in a long bag instead of a bag with handles. Each burrito looked completely different, you could tell different people made them. First bite was a huge stem of cilantro (which I ordered) but cilantro should be cut more finely to enjoy. Order also showed up with one burrito partially unwrapped, outer bag was ripped. One burrito was cold on the inside, and not the one that was unwrapped. W
