I explained that she needed to scan it and she begrudgingly got the scanner. When it wasn't working, she kinds of just stares at me blankly. I look back like are you going to get some assistance or key the numbers in? She then asks someone if the scanner works. When they said no, she just looks at me like "oh well" It was frustrating so I just gave her my money. I wasn't rude but at this point she could tell I wasn't
