Wonderful place! Carina is a sweetheart and we took a baking class with her and made vegan cupcakes and baked bread! She let us all customize the breads the way we want and taught us techniques so well. We also bought some soup and baked goods and they all tasted delicious! I highly recommend this place ! Please go visit if you haven’t already! And she has the sweetest service dog, Moby! He was so quiet that we didn’t even know he was there ! ♥️

Vegan and gluten free bakery with a Scandinavian twist. Delightful options you can't find anywhere else. She has food options as well like soups and sandwiches. Carina has made my birthday cake for the last few years, and they always come out delicious. She is creative, takes control of the situation, and is super funny. Her motivation is inspiring and it keeps me coming back. She likes to host events at the bakery on the weekends, and offers cooking classes. I typically get a matcha latte, and she always remembers exactly how I like it made.

Have been getting my daughter pies and cookies the last couple of years from here. Picked up my pie today and it did not look the same. I was told yes it’s the same. My daughter sent me a pic and it was absolutely NOT the same. The person that helped me was rude and disrespectful. Gave me a dirty look and walked away in a huff. Well, tell you what this time of year sucks for all of us not just you. The owner told me it was the same. Sorry wasn’t. Didn’t appreciate being treated like an idiot. I ordered the Princess Cake for my niece, who is from Sweden, and was really excited to surprise her with something traditional. Unfortunately, the cake was much denser and harder than expected. It didn’t have the soft, fresh, melt-in-your-mouth texture that a Princess Cake normally has. The outer marzipan layer tasted close to the authentic Swedish version, but the inside was quite dry and firm, as shown in the photo. Considering the price and size, it didn’t meet our expectations, so I wouldn’t order here again. I hope this feedback is helpful for improving future cakes.
