We visited Bedford Ice House on a Monday to watch the Dallas Stars play. They had a selected day special of $8 flatbread & $3 you call it drinks. I ordered the pepperoni flatbread and my boyfriend ordered the all meat pizza. Our friend ordered the loaded queso. Everyone was satisfied and seemed to enjoy their meal. It was a beautiful evening and we even watched the sunset. Our server Seven was very friendly and on top of everything. I haven’t been here in a long time but it was a nice experience and I will be back. Thanks for the wonderful night.

I met a date here for drinks. It was a terrible experience, we sat down and I went to the bar for a drink menu. I brought it back to the table I started taking some photos per this review. We just weren’t waited on and was there at least 10 mins. 2 other guys came in and sat at a table across from us they were greeted with menus within two minutes, they barley took their coats off,the same waitress just walked past us and didn’t say a word. My wife and I are regulars at Bedford Ice House. We’re here at least once a week, so we’ve had plenty of great experiences here over time. Tonight I wanted to give a shoutout to our waitress, Hailey, because she really stood out. Still a great atmosphere. The patio seating is more inviting. Lee was our server and she was very attentive and interactive. We ate the Birria Tacos, the Birria Quesadillas, and the Avocado Club, and everything was amazing!!! Presentation, promptness, and taste were all on point for each dish. Lee continued to care for us after we tabbed out, like a true professional in hospitality services. Looking forward to the next experience!
