Melodi at this location has appalling customer service skills. She was incredibly rude and does not belong in a customer facing role. We go to Starbucks all over the metroplex 4-6 times a week for the last 10 years and she was one of the worst, top 3 for sure.

I recently went through the Starbucks drive thru off of 183 in Irving and received the worst customer service ever. Shortly after I did still want coffee so I went to the Starbucks off of Central and 183 and it completely changed my experience altogether. Everyone was so kind and so friendly and had great recommendations for my morning coffee. My service was amazing. My cashier was super sweet and what could’ve been a really bad experience was completely flipped just in a matter of going into a different location. Thank you for helping my friday start off nice just by simply being kind.
