You asked for a review when I completed an online survey, so here you go. More often than not my order is either wrong or missing items. AI did a better job taking my order at the drive-thru, it didn't make me repeat myself multiple times. Not sure what is up with this store but they get orders wrong more than they get them right.

Stood at the counter for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged my existence then they taped my bag shut to make sure I didn’t check my order. Lo and behold I had missing items. Why is it so hard to find good Taco Bell these days??? It’s devastating, I was the only person in the whole restaurant lol Edit: I got home and the potatoes were so raw I just threw it all away.

They were pleasant, which is why the 3rd star was added. If I ask for a burrito in a bowl due to not being able to eat the tortilla, dont straight up lie to me when I specifically ask you if it's in a bowl before you hand it to me. Thanks. I had to toss it.

I've come to this TBELL for 6 years! They reopened after their remodel. Super happy to go again--- As I was 1/3rd into my bean burrito 🌯 I bit down and started to chew I noticed a long hair strand in my mouth that was coming out of burrito 🤢🤮 Let me just say - I made to the toilet just in time 🚽
