My family has been coming to this Ihop for a couple of years now. We are never disappointed! The servers are always kind and attentive. Special shout out to Alana. She's served us a couple of times now. She's a sweetheart, always friendly and upbeat. Alana serves like she is truly happy to do it. First off I asked for water with lemon. I never received my lemons for my water until my husband asked the server for it again. Secondly, I ordered the breakfast sampler I asked for no butter on my pancakes needless to say I got butter. Yesterday’s visit to IHOP was hands down one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. The service was painfully slow, the staff acted like customers were an inconvenience, and basic communication seemed impossible. We waited forever just to be acknowledged, then waited even longer for disgusting food that looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for an hour. I stopped in at IHOP in Bel Air and had a great experience. The restaurant was clean, the food came out fresh and exactly how I ordered it, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. A special thank you to our waitress Heather, who provided outstanding service. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. It's always nice when someone takes pride in their work and makes customers feel valued. I definitely recommend this location if you're in the area and appreciate great customer service.
