Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I was seated in a section with no other customers and waited about 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. No server came by, I wasn't offered water, and it honestly felt like I wasn't supposed to be there. I eventually got up and left. I ended up going to Condado Tacos & Tequila instead, where I received prompt service, had a great meal, and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Excellent steak options well prepared, tasty appetizers. Good service. Prices have risen but quality remains. We go once or twice each time we're in town. Update 22 Jan 2026, Today for lunch we enjoyed the filet minion and lobster tail and the ribeye steak entrees. They were well prepared and delicious. Our wait staff was also friendly and attentive. They were out of San pellegrino sparkling water. This visit was at a busier time, the blue cheese pecan chopped salad had a nice combination of flavors but the lettuce in mine wasn't as crisp or fresh as expected. Tried the Rockhampton Ri

Went here for late lunch with my Mom yesterday (3/23) and our service was amazing. Late lunch is usually a very awkward time to stop in places but at 2:30pm on a Monday, we were greeted with a hostess holding the door open, sat with a server who was attentive and then I noticed she was also the bartender making my Crock-tail without missing a beat! I've been service industry my whole life and could not ask for a better place to take my mom while I'm in town. My only regret is not getting that server/bartenders name because she is a gem!

Finally found a Outback that didn't disappoint me. Honestly, I hadn't gone to any Outback for a long time as most of their restaurants didn't quite impress me. I don't have a strong reason to visit it while there are plenty of options in the market. Today, I gave it a chance. Fortunately, this branch is doing their job very well and I can feel they cook the food with great attention. Therefore, the food of the whole meal is delicious and I am satisfied.
