I always have an occasional problem at this location because the food is always cold. Whether it’s the fries or the chicken nuggets, one of the two is never hot. This go round we ordered chicken nuggets and large fries. When we got hot to feed the kids and half of the fries are missing out of both of the fry box. We got a medium size fries in a large. This only happens at night. I’ll just go in the daytime from here on out. Check your order before you leave so you know everything is there. And the fries were old as you can see in my pictures.

Edited: automated response and when you click the link the “owner” posts you get an email automated response. They obviously don’t care. No wonder you have a 3⭐️ review on Google. Filet o’fish tastes and looks like it was refried old and nasty, not fresh at all for ordering it plain! Fries over cooked and taste old. This is after having to wait for my order to be brought out. Tried calling and no one answers and a fax machine starts beeping. Won’t waste my time or money here again I know that!

I’m pregnant and PISSED. Waited 20 minutes for my order just for items to be missing. I order 2 apples, I’m hungry. Like usual. Idk why I come here. They don’t answer their phones. They just hire a bunch of useless people.. terrible manager, and very unorganized. WORST MCDONALDS IN THE AREA. You might as well go to the drive thru. Kiosk inside and if you pay at the counter, it’ll take them 15 minutes. Maybe more because they don’t know what the hell they are doing. Every customer was angry. Every. Single. One. Don’t feel bad if you get pissed. I’ve worked McDonald’s and this is the worst. Neve

Waited 36 mins received 2 egg McMuffins 1 with no egg and one with half an egg thrown in bag unwrapped. When asked for new sandwiches they only rewrapped same two sandwiches and before that touched the sandwiches BAREHANDED IN THE LOBBY. We knew that it was the same two sandwiches because the one with half an egg was still on it. Very dissatisfied and disgusted for 36 mins of waiting for a 28 dollar order that we couldn't eat. Was not sure about eating the rest of the order due to what transpired. An obvious lack of cleanliness. Staff was texting and walking around with a full lobby and drive
