My family had a very disappointing experience at this Woods Coffee location. We ordered a large coffee but were given a small one. When we asked for the correct size, the employee told us we had to pour the small coffee into the trash while she watched before they would replace it. We understand that stores may have policies to prevent customers from keeping two drinks, but this was an unnecessary and disrespectful way to handle the situation. A much better approach would have been to simply take back the incorrect drink. To make matters worse, most of the food items we wanted to order were

First time here. Stopped by off a recommendation from the person I took to the hospital up the street. Got an iced caramel Americano and a grilled cheese sandwich. The coffee was great and I didn't need to add an extra shot. The grilled cheese was awesome, and that wasn't even the sandwich I was recommended. I work fairly close by so I'll be back
