Joel M★★★★★The type of place you will want to sit and savor every bite. From regionally-sourced stone-ground flour using regenerative farming practices (and thus less likely to be exposed to Glyphosate) to sourdough dating back to the 70’s to local salad greens served under a covered, heated patio on a quiet side street, the unmistakably authentic flavors here will transport you to the piazzas of Italy. I ordered the local greens salad, Pizza Mediterranea with Kalamata olives, and gelato sandwich rolled in pistachios and topped with cardamom whipped cream, and all of these vegetarian choices were outsta
Aaron Alarcon★★★★★Pizza was fantastic and the pasta wasn't overwhelming with sauce. It was our first time in. We wanted to try something different and this was the first Italian restaurant that came up that wasn't just pizza. They have a HUGE selection and beer and wine, the calamari had a nice subtle spicy flavor, the spicy sausage pizza was great with added anchovies, and the pasta wasn't drenched with sauce like other places. Great atmosphere and low light; not quiet enough for a romantic date, but nice enough to enjoy the evening talking there. Will come again next time we're in Bellingham.
Nicole p★★★★★Loved this place so much we went back two nights in a row. First night had the sourdough, meatballs, Cesar salad with white anchovies, and the salcitta pizza. Was all delicious. Second night had the marinated beets, arancini, cacio e Pepe, and bolognese. Again incredible. They also had delicious NA IPA, fully satisfied beer craving. Everything was so good I forgot to take a picture till the final dishes came. Staff were also great and kitchen was cooking efficiently!
Igor Brinker★★★Had an amazing time at this cozy Italian spot with some friends, we tried more than one pizza, and every single one was great. The flavors were spot on, with perfectly baked crusts and fresh, high-quality ingredients. The Wild Mushroom pizza was especially delicious, rich and savory with a great balance of flavors. The place itself is inviting and perfect for relaxing and enjoying a really good meal together.
