Somehow they think they can raise prices and reduce serving size every 6 months AND make the food way worse. Burnt to a crisp, expensive as heck, and just made of poison. Stop going here if you want to be wealthy

On April 12, 2026, at approximately 9:00 AM, I visited Dunkin' via the drive-thru and placed an order for a large hot black coffee. When I arrived at the window, the employee began taking another order instead of completing mine. I initially tried to be understanding, assuming she may have been managing multiple tasks. However, another employee then approached and started a casual conversation with her, which took her attention away from assisting me, even as I continued waiting. This is the second time I have come to this location and it seems like they make up their own hours. Sign on the door says they're open till 7:00pm it's 6:06pm and no one is in there they're closed already. Maybe they should change the time online to the actual time they go home. I had a bad experience my first time and now this is my second time coming here. Probably time to close this one down. This is my neighborhood Dunkin so I go here regularly so I like many watch my points because every trip I spend about 40$ give or take for me and the wife and kids. My last 5 trips when I had my phone to get scanned it was not scanned and it only happened in the drive thru. So today I went inside in person and the lady, who I assume is related to the owner because she don’t even get a slap on the wrist. Deliberately in front of my face scanned her phone for her points on my dime. It was another 40$ purchase as well. So if you like to stack your points I would triple check when coming here tha
