I went there and they tried taking my order when there was another car still in front of the speaker so they obviously couldn't hear me well. The guy proceeded to tell me to speak English better when his English isn't even good and i majored in English. I literally only speak English but he couldn't hear me because i was not in front of the speaker. When i got there i asked him to repeat my order and it was correct. Went there and they could not hear. Asked us to repeat our order 4 times. Got to the window and they were in there arguing about orders. Did not put lids on our drinks or ice cream. It was a complete hot mess.

I’ve had several very disappointing visits to this Beloit Dairy Queen location (since the change in ownership), but I’ve never left a negative review before.
