Absolutely incredible. Took my girlfriend here for our anniversary and we got a couple of cocktails to start that were perfectly balanced and very nice to look at. The amuse bouche was a shot of Japanese broth that was absolutely delightful; this was the first time my taste buds exploded along with my mind. We got the elk tartare for a starter, and the amount of different flavors and textures I experienced was unlike anything I had tasted. From there, I knew it would be a good experience. Ohh, she fancy! This romantic restaurant is thoughtful, family run, and such a gem in Bend. We sat at the bar and enjoyed interacting with the bartenders and watching them make all the incredible cocktails. We savored every bite and would absolutely return on our next visit. Make your reservation in advance! The maitake mushroom appetizer was the best mushroom dish we've ever had. I'll be dreaming about it for some time!
