Small business showing out for Bend. The Vegan Nashville had plenty of texture and flavor. Heat was up front but not overpowering. Tots stayed crispy. No complaints. Blackened Salmon Bowl: the bowl was licked clean. I don't think more needs to be said. Portions were right for price. It was refreshing to see staff having fun behind the line, even during a busier dinner wave. Someone is doing something right, because they were genuinely enjoying themselves while quickly pushing orders through.

I hate to make a bad review because Parilla has been one of our favorites for years and years. We got chicken nuggets which had pink in them, I took only one picture but opened up the others which had pink in them as well. The pineapple salsa - which I love seemed old and not fresh at all. And my fish tacos didn’t have cabbage - I can deal with that but the rest is super disappointing. I’m hoping my kids don’t get sick from the chicken because they had bites before I noticed.
