Ordered two meals via the app for pickup/take out through the drive-thru. Drove about 10 minutes to this location and there is no actual drive-thru here. They have a walk-up window however, so I hop out and proceed to the window. A Wendy's employee opens the window and tells me to come inside. I go inside, there are about 20 people waiting between ordering and the order pick-up area. Orders are shown on an overhead screen as being prepared or ready, mine isn't even on the screen. Ruined my day! All three self order kiosks were turned off, so I had to order at the register. The music was so loud that I could barely hear the cashier. The girl with glasses was rude the whole time and even rolled her eyes at me when I didn’t realize she was talking to me because she was helping other customers, and I was just waiting for my order. The food wasn’t great either. The kids’ crispy chicken sandwich was super dry and basically just a bun with a piece of chicken. Wouldn’t recommend

I waited 15 minutes at the counter to place an order. No one came over. Also, three self-service kiosks are not working.

I was at Wendy’s today and I ordered the biggie bag. In my meal, I ordered four piece nuggets and I only got three. I’m suing next time second time that happened. You’re lucky your toilet is not clogged yet.
