First time visiting this location. Had to pull up and wait a insane amount of time for food. Watched 2 other people who were pulled up get the wrong order. Also it says on menu if the 5pc hush puppies aren't offered they're free. So why was I charged for it? Will not return to this location.

Yall….do not come here anytime soon! Nothing against the ppl here but there are only 2 ppl working and one of those is brand new and they have her cooking and preparing the food and she doesn’t know what she’s doing so she’s undercooking the fish, getting orders mixed up, frying the wrong stuff, putting in wrong orders etc. 3 ppl have asked for Refunds while I’m sitting here due to undercooked foods and I’m Scared to try mine but we already ordered. I did get a piece of shrimp on my plate tho so I appreciate that. The manager keeps yelling at the new girl telling her to drop 4 bags of popcorn

Edit: After a 6 month boycott, I thought maybe they have cleaned this place up, maybe they have better trained employees who actually care about their jobs, but I was wrong. This time I was parked in the parking lot to wait for small dinner. After 15 minutes of myself and several other customers sitting in the parking lot and no sign of our orders, I drove back around to get a refund. I was told it would take 3 days to get my money back. After my last poor encounter at this location I was never replied to by the owner when I contacted them, and nothing was done to correct the previous issue, s

I almost never visited the D's again "gasp".. I rely really heavily on reviews but crave captain D's like no other. I finally caved this holiday season as this location isn't the one I grew up with so I was hesitant given the reviews. It's great! It's hard to find fish n' chips in the South, everything else is catfish, not great, or super expensive. I'm very pleased. I visited here twice before making the review I don't review often but I figured I would to help out my fellow picky eaters and leave my two cents. Hope this helps.
