Every side dish was delicious, and you can really tell they use high-quality ingredients. Great service and food. They had an excellent wine selection with great prices for a fine dining establishments. The corn chowder was creamy and delicious. The bison filet was cooked perfectly but was a bit dry due the lean meat cut. Scalloped potatoes had a good amount of cheese and the brussels sprouts were cooked perfectly. Our server was very helpful and friendly. I'm glad that we found this place while passing through.

Great food. My wife and I split a Waldorf salad as a starter. It was not my mom's version but did have some of the basic ingredients. It was a lot better. My wife had salmon for her entree while I had steak tournedos. Both were perfectly sized portions and perfectly prepared. We finished by sharing classic creme brulee. The topper was live music from first rate pianist. River Grille absolutely nailed the traditional steak house vibe. Service was superior.
