They have Little boba and Cupbob on the same location. Recently discovered the place and started coming here for the milk tea mostly. Good food options too. There are two self ordering kiosks inside. One by the entrance which has the full menu of Little boba and a few options of Cupbob. As you walk in, you will see the other ordering kiosk which has the complete Cupbob menu and a few milt tea and other drink options. Both kiosks are card only. I had an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience with this restaurant. My husband and I placed two separate orders, one under my name and one under his. When he went to pick them up, he asked the staff member Shana if both orders were included. She said yes. But when he got home, my entire order was missing. I was very upset and called the restaurant to explain the situation. Shana initially apologized and said she would issue a full refund.
