I really like when I find a Buffalo Wild Wings that makes the wings perfect at least the night that I’m there. The beer was cold. Fresh and the wings were perfectly cooked. Bartender was extremely friendly and attentive.

I just placed an order, and today has been such a ridiculous mess. They only included the wings and onion rings—they didn't pack any ranch! What do they expect me to eat them with? I live 35 minutes away from the restaurant; it's not like I can just pop over to pick up some ranch. Your employees really need to pay more attention to their jobs. I’ve actually gone in to pick up an order before, and all they were doing was messing around on their phones.

I will say walking in the host was welcoming ,but the sight of many tables not cleaned was eye sore! disgusting. The video shows a table that wasn’t cleaned for about 45 minutes and was only cleaned because a family needed the table. We had no choice but to dine in because it was rush hour everywhere.It seemed like the waitresses had drama because they kept exchanging rude comments and glares at each other so much that they lacked attention to our tables and others dining. I was just there with a friend and a kid. We waited around 5mins before we were acknowledged and seated. After that, the lady at the counter told us to seat by the area close to the bar for some reason when we wanted a booth. Once we picked a table, we waited around 15mins and no one ever came. At that time, I decided it was time for us to leave. The place was not busy and the service is horrible, will not be coming back again.
