If i could put a zero star review i would. Don’t even bother coming to this Dunkin after 6 PM. They never have any donuts or some of the drinks and it’s supposed to be 24 hour dunkin. Also every time i come at night they say their systems are updating or they are taking mobile orders only. Which is unbelievable.

I love coming here for morning coffee. The people working early mornings at like 6am are nice regardless of the rush and my coffee is always right and tasty. I’d rather come to this Dunkin’ than any other one in the surrounding area :)

Today, 11/12/2024, I placed a mobile order for the holiday cookie iced latte. I didn't make any adjustments to flavors. I only asked for less ice. I was at the location within 3 minutes of placing my order. It was ready when I went through the drive-thru. When she handed it to me, I knew that it wasn't right. The color was waaaay too light. When I tasted it, my suspicions were correct! 🤬. It tasted like there was no brown sugar syrup and too much milk added. There was also NO CARAMEL DRIZZLE. Was waiting well over 20 minutes for my mobile pick up I placed about 5 minutes before arriving the people are moving very slow with a long line in the drive thru and inside and there not very clean with open drinks next to the toppings for the BR Side
