DMV Foodini★★★★Went to dinner at Cubano’s with a big group. Warm, intimate, and cozy vibe - floral decor, friendly staff, handled our table with ease. Unfortunately they were out of the ceviche and oxtail that I was eyeing on the menu. Food came out hot and fast. I sampled half the menu taking a bite from everyone’s plates. Everything was solid, but no standouts… except one! The 4 Leches cake? Chef’s kiss! That alone is the reason to come back! Drinks were average — no presentation, nothing memorable. But service was smooth, and the ambiance works for groups or casual dinner. If you’re near Cubano’s, go for

It is true that there are some slips in operations as the economy is hitting us all hard. I am rooting for them to turn things around.
