Ordering takeout was a quick and painless phone call. A short walk from the southern Bethesda main drag, the bartender was quick to accommodate me while I waited for the meal to be wrapped up. The food was still hot when I returned home. I ordered the Hickory Smash burger which was excellent in just about every way, although I couldn't find a bit of BBQ sauce on it. This was easily fixed with the copious amounts of sauce packets they included, and while not exactly as described, was incredibly delicious. My favorite spot in Bethesda with a neighborhood feel. Delicious food at an affordable price, there are always happy hour deals and the service is incredible. A very cozy place to hang out, watch sports or catch up with friends. The event space is great and accommodates large groups. I definitely recommend the Crab Dip and Philly Cheese Steak.

It's an amazing local bar, and probably the last one to close. If you like sports, they have 6 screens. The bar tenders treat you like a neighbor if you come back (always sunny style). Food is good too; probably the latest place to get food in Bethesda. You could spend 80$ to uber to DC; or you can just walk to Barking Dog.
