My husband had the double smash burger the patties were small but he said it was delicious. I had the grilled steak with peppers an onions. The meat was seasoned taste of garlic however they over cooked the steak and the plate had a lot of oil. The rice and peas were delicious. Over the meal was good will return.

I was in Bethlehem for the Lehigh U graduation. Casa del Mofongo was highly recommended so we had lunch here. I have not had mofongo in years since visiting Puerto Rico. I had the shrimp trifongo (cassava, green plantain, and sweet plantain) with the creole sauce. It was so good. And the jugo de Tamarindo was perfect. Casa del Mofongo is a must.

Casa Del Mofongo is a beautiful restaurant located in the Heart of downtown Bethlehem PA. The young lady that helped me was friendly and courteous. I ordered 4 empanadas. 1 queso, 1 beef and cheese and 1 chicken. All were DELICIOUS, pillowy and clearly homemade!!! They come with a side oc pink sauce for dipping. The atmosphere is inviting and extremely CLEAN and welcoming. Pictured are two beef empanadas 10/10 A+++

Warning!! There is 1 person as cashier and server. It will be awhile for her to get to you pero I promise the waiting is worth it. The food was amazing, definitely authentic latin food. We got the bowls yuca fries and 3 drink, country club drinks.
