Just tried a birria gringa and wow… easily one of the best things I’ve had in a while 🔥🌮 Basically a quesadilla packed with juicy, birria and perfectly melted cheese every bite was 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻flavorful, and super satisfying. Was cheesy loved it It’s definitely on the heavier side, but in the best way possible. Add some salsa and a squeeze of lime and it hits even harder. I also ordered the chips with the red sauce and it looks it was hand made very delicious. If you’re into bold flavors and cheesy street food, this is a must-try. I’d 100% order it again
