Went here for the dine in LA lunch and it was the perfect amount and almost perfect flavor. I got their chopped salad which was refreshing, a nice amount of salami bits and topped off with garbanzo beans which I normally not a fan but these were quite tasty. Second dish was the Bolognese spaghetti that had plenty of meaty sauce (although I wish it was a little more tomatoee but that's just me). Skipped on the dessert cuz diabetes but it looked tempting. And can't forget the service, Wednesday afternoon, the young gentleman with the well cut blondish hair - professional and helpful.

La Scala continues to prove why it’s become such a Beverly Hills favorite over the years. The menu offers classic dishes that are consistently well prepared, and everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and served quickly. The famous chopped salad absolutely lives up to the hype, and the rest of the meal was equally satisfying. What really elevated the experience was the service. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care that every guest enjoyed their visit. Great food, excellent hospitality, and a comfortable atmosphere make this a place I’ll gladly return to again.

They still have the original chop salad from the old days, but it's somehow not the same. I still like it and even crave it for some reason. I go often and have the half order size for lunch. The pastas are not bad and you can get a big comfy red booth for dinner. They do a great decorating job for the holidays-very festive. Th eggplant parm is also good. Walk-ins only for lunch. Make a res for dinner.

My office is right around the corner from La Scala and I've been coming 2-3x a month for several years. I generally don't take care of the receipts and leave them (both my copy and theirs). About a month ago I started scanning in the receipts on my phone for an expense app and I noticed that they changed my tip from $23 to $28. I noticed when my app reconciled the statement. I figured it was just human error, my 3 maybe looked like an 8. I let it go. This past monday I went in and this time left a $25 tip.
