Visited the store this week. When I went inside, there were no customers. I ordered my sub and the person who made it did not cut the bread correctly. The top half was very thin. I didn’t object as I just wanted to eat and move on. As I was checking out, they asked if I had a Jersey Mike’s account. I said I wasn’t sure but I should sign up for one. The employee told me I would have to go online and sign up and implied that it would be a hassle. So I did not sign up for the account. One of our favorite easy dinners has always been sandwiches, but we stopped ordering the since i had to stop eating gluten. I deeply appreciate that Jersey Mike’s offers gluten free bread - our sandwiches were delicious and we could enjoy our favorite meal again!

absolutely horrible.. got there at the time they said my order would be ready just for them to push it back another 30 minutes (i understand at times it can get busy) but for the two sandwiches to be completely switched with the opposite toppings and dressings is unbelievable.

I've never had anything from a Jersey Mike's before. Heard lots about them but lucky enough to live in an area where local sub shops use fresh breads from local bakeries so I haven't had a need to go to chains like this.
