Incredible customer service. Couldn’t read her name tag, it was either Melissa or Melina.. I accidentally ordered online to the wrong location. I offered to go get it but Melina/Melissa told me not to worry about it and she would take care of it and made it really fast for me. Thank you!!

I have given this location way too many chances. The staff are rude, the counter is a mess and if you’re in any kind of rush then don’t bother. I ordered ahead 30 minutes because I know how slow they are and still just sat there for another 20 minutes and ended up walking out without my ONE venti hot coffee. It just sat there on the coffee machine with my name on it and when I asked for it I was ignored. They just walked away from it because they were busy and they can’t keep up. I’d drive to another location.
