This is my 3rd visit and it’s consistently delicious each time…if not, even better! On my most recent visit, I asked for the 15-course Omakase. Unbeknownst to me, this is an order-ahead meal, but they accommodated by working around their menu and therefore I got to dibble-dabble their best items! My bartender was excellent in explaining each course and the owner/chef checked in multiple times adding on to the item description such as where it’s from and how best to eat it. He showed incredible pride in his preparations and I would too if I had that skillset, passion and talent! I had a delight

Taku is the best place in the northshore for sushi hands down. I’ve been here twice and will be a returning customer for years to come. The menu offers sushi classics and unique dishes. Regardless of what you order, you can’t go wrong! The quality of the fish combined with the execution of the dishes are some of the elements that make this place so amazing. The service was great, all the staff love working there and are knowledgeable about the dishes. It is obvious the owners take good care of their staff and let them try the food. I went here today with my aunt because we were craving sushi and the food was phenomenal!! We ordered the lunch special and let me tell you, everything was fresh, tasted amazing, and we couldn’t stop talking about it afterwards either. Our server was Janelly and she was so kind to us. Whatever we wouldn’t understand or had questions about she would explain it without any problems. The desserts were amazing too!! Definitely coming back in the future!!

st visit, based on a coworkers recommendation, and it did not disappoint! Started with Momiji Tuna O'Toro appetizer, then had Wagyu Beef Maki and Crispy Mango roll. Took home a slice of Yuzu Cheesecake. Everything was DELICIOUS!!! Will definitely come back!!! Service was great, and atmosphere was light and bright, with fun music in the background.
