Just spent almost $20 and 3 orders of plain bagel minis are all rock hard. I took pics of 2 orders because the 3rd order is with someone else. Also my hot chocolate is sludge, it’s chunky… Literally my whole order wasted. Please cook your bagel minis fresh and correctly, now I’m on the road for an hour with nothing to eat or drink.

The past two days I came here to grab my morning coffee . This is how my cold brew was served to me . Someone never changed out the tap . Pretty sure this is coffee left over from the night before .

The last few times I went the coffee is great and the white girl at the drive through was so nice and sweet . She must have fixed the ice coffee! Never let her go !! I think she has glasses ? Anyways the coffee is incredible now !! So good and i will be going back now all the time : )))

It breaks my heart to review this place so low since it used to be my go-to Dunks but over the past 3 months the mistakes have grown to the point where entire items or additions (cold foam and protein milk) I pay for are not even in my order. For example this week alone, on Monday my bag did not have my hashbrowns nor did my coffee have the cold foam or protein milk (it’s was practically black save for the slight color from the syrup), then today my $6 meal deal was just a bagel with cream cheese.
