Order online no one in drive through waiting unusual but awesome!! Got my breakfast drove away. Upon opening the bag I got a burnt smell opened my sandwich and it was totally burned. Couldn't even remove what was burnt to save it. One bite and all you tasted was burnt bread very unpleasant. Why would an employee think is ok to give burnt food to a customer??? Is not the 1st time this has happened on 1st incident the store was very busy and mistakes do happens but in a quiet day like today unacceptable.

Food is actually garbage, and whoever the redhead girl who works the window is rude, the other day I got a bagel and she stuck her dirty gloves in my food. She always has a attitude and this is my last time here the service is garbage.

Awful. When I finished saying my order the dude said “anything else” like twice and I responded back multiple times saying that’s it, heard nothing, drove up to the window and he’s flipping his shit to his coworkers. So rude and uncalled for.

Actually some zero stars would be appropriate. Absolutely the worst Dunkin shop I ever attended. Dirty, nasty floor, employees just hanging out to the side behind the wall. On a hot day, with no line wait time for ice coffee was 6 min.
