Now I completely understand why this location has such a low rating—honestly, based on my experience today, it deserves even less. I was slammed at work and just wanted something quick. Big mistake thinking this place would be fast. I could have gone next door to Mr. Joe’s, ordered a burger, eaten it, and had dessert in the time it took me just to get a Whopper here. I pulled up in the drive thru and there was a car in front of me so, I waited about 10 minutes and the car pulled forward. When I was at the speaker, someone greeted me and asked to hold for a moment. I waited and waited for well over 20 minutes. I googled the location’s phone number and called. A young lady answered by simply saying “hello” and I asked was this Burger King and she stated yes. I proceeded to ask if anyone was working in the drive thru and I was hung up on. They just irritated me so bad. I order a 2 for $3. I asked for a sausage biscuit & hashbrown. I requested no biscuit just the sauasge as the sauasge was actually for my dog. Which I actually stated & laughed when he asked if I only wanted the sausage. They proceed to charge me individually for a side sausage and a hashbrown which made the order cost more. I asked why they said because I only wanted the sauasge that's how they have to charge me. I then say well just give me the 2 for $3 as is & I'll removed the sausage from the biscuit myself. They definitely take the FAST out of fast food. Drive thru wait was ridiculous. First off you’re waiting at the speaker for 10 minutes. Then only one working window even though they have two. So after sitting for 15 minutes I go in and the staff have absolutely no sense of urgency. Which explains the slow moving line smh I think they need more staff or something idk
