Went for a caramel macchiato asked for less creamer not knowing it comes with milk and the lady said ok . Then when I receive it I point out it has alot creamer the lady says oh sir it doesn't come with creamer just milk . I wish she would of explained it at 1st when ordering. She didn't asked if I wanted fix or nothing so i just threw it out cause it takes all the coffee taste away . Plus ,food be tasting like if they dont change the oil or something .

I've never had such a rude fast food worker in my life as I did at this dunkin. I normally wouldn't make negative reviews about a customer service worker because I get it, these jobs can suck, but this was actually insane. The man who took my order had an accent, but this wasn't the entire reason that I couldn't understand him. He was talking so insanely fast, I could barely hear him over the speaker and he could barely hear me despite me practically yelling so he could hear me. Pull in at 6:30 am this morning 6.3.26 and was informed that they had no bagels ready yet. Not one bagel. You Are the dunkin donuts closest to the hospital and it is 6:30 am do better people.

VESTAL AVE BINGHAMTON NY LOCATION Ordered Spider Donuts from this Dunkin to be delivered to young children on the day before Halloween. (24 hours in advance via Door Dash) Rec’d a cancellation notice approx 30 minutes before delivery time. I called Dunkin location and they told me to call Door Dash. Door Dash informed me that the STORE had cancelled the order. I’m not the first person to call Door Dash about this store, according to the person who took my complaint.
