Clearly a place for the locals as both its location and that everyone in there knew the waitstaff! The menu is quite extensive with standard American diner fare. Our eye was drawn to the Greek specialties area and we ordered the lamb gyro and chicken souvlaki meals. Neither of us felt like french fries so we swapped them for rice pilaf and a dinner salad. The salad came first and had Lettuce, shredded carrots, two cucumber slices, and very thickly cut red onion. Pretty standard and unexciting, but reasonably fresh. Enjoyed a great meal with quick, friendly service. Fantastic Chicken souvlaki Home made food from soup to dessert. The owner came around to our table asking how our meal was! Prices were delightfully reasonable. I don't mind the dated decor, its folksy and classic Greek diner, but the carpet needs replacing.
