I stopped by this location during a road trip and had an excellent experience. The drive-thru line was wrapped around the building, but it moved incredibly fast because the employees were outside taking orders on tablets with huge smiles on their faces. The chicken sandwich was perfectly crispy and juicy, the waffle fries were hot and fresh, and they gave me plenty of their signature sauce. The customer service here is unmatched for a fast-food spot, and they always make you feel genuinely welcome.

This is my third time here and every time I think service gets worse. I waited entirely too long for a takeout order as well as dashers before me that waited while the manager horses around. Nobody seen to know what they were doing. I don’t use the drive thru because of rude staff there.. honestly you’re better off ordering it to be delivered. I’ve dined in and it hasn’t been better either.
