Love the atmosphere at Baja, hence the 5 star rating for atmosphere, but could not rate food on this review bc we couldn’t get any service in the hour plus that we were seated. Have been going to Baja for years, especially during the summer season for the music events. Today we were seated over an hour and could not get service, we actually were seated for an hour without even being acknowledged by the wait staff. Don't expect this place to be fancy, because it definitely isn't. It's a nice spot for a fun dinner by the water, with music playing, people drinking, and lots of dancing. The access to the pool is also great. You can get an alcoholic beverage and take it out to the pool from what I've seen. Tonight, I ordered the philly cheese steak with a side of coleslaw and some cheese sticks. The Philly cheese steak was pretty good. Meat was a bit too dry and a little tough, but the flavor was fine. We came here for a fundraising event and I felt like I was on vacation! It’s a great spot on the water and even though it was busy due to the event, the service was so fast! The food was delicious and prices were reasonable for being right next to expensive yachts!
