A busy and very popular Vietnamese restaurant run by Vietnamese owners. We started with the spring rolls and fried chicken wings, and both were excellent. The chicken wings were probably the best I’ve had among the Vietnamese restaurants I’ve visited recently—lightly coated, crispy on the outside, juicy inside, with a sweet and tangy sauce evenly coating every piece. We ordered several different noodle soups. The broth was good, though I’ve had better elsewhere. What stood out was the generous portion of meat and its quality, which was impressive. ​I’m giving Bình Dương a 3.5-star rating because the food is solid, but the service experience was definitely a mixed bag. Came here with a friend for some authentic Vietnamese food and I was not disappointed. Food was delicious start to finish. I thoroughly enjoyed the shrimp summer rolls, the hot Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk, and the mango sticky rice for dessert. Both dinner mains were excellent as well. I look forward to returning as this is just around the corner from my friend's home and sampling more of their extensive menu. I highly recommend visiting Binh Duong.

Ordered several dishes here and overall had a very good experience. The shrimp fritters were made with shredded sweet potato and shrimp, lightly sweet and not greasy, with no fishy taste at all. The Vietnamese pancake was crispy and flavorful, though it became a bit oily toward the end. It was served with a large plate of fresh herbs, which helped a lot with balance.
