I'm giving them 2 stars over all because a corporate policy. Staff, food, cleanliness are all great at this location. However, I was accidentally over charged almost $20 and no one on sight could correct this. It's been over a week and still no refund. If THEY don't trust THEIR OWN staff with something this basic, how can their customers trust that same staff with their food? I called the the corporate office twice and to date, no one has called me back. 6/9/26 My response to the owner: I imagine it was easier for you to ask me to jump through more hoops (upload my receipt) to get my money

Been awhile since I've been to this location since I live in a different area. Was amazed to see all the fresh food & lots of dishes with a decent amount of vegetables in them -- that's first. What a nice surprise after all these years at all the locations I've been at. Great direction to take.

This Leeann Chin's location ROCKS. I've been eating here for years. The food is always fresh, tasty and hot. Jennifer has always been polite, friendly and professional. She should be the GM actually by now - well overdue. There are two relatively new guys there that deserve recognition as well... Abdi and Isaiah. These two guys are wonderful. This store is the best... go visit them... you won't regret it.
