What a huge disappointment compared to my visit one year ago! Our silverware had old, dried food on it upon taking them out of the napkin!! The couple sitting next to use asked for new silverware, too! I ordered the cheeseburger quesadilla. I couldn’t eat it as it was so greasy. I found two whole pickle slices in one quarter of my quesadilla unlike the picture showing the pickles all chopped up and mixed with burger and bacon. Adriana K was our server. She was very kind and efficient. This was one of the best experiences I've had at a Perkins in a long time. Very large location, unique features include a bar which most locations do not offer and not a typical layout. Food was very tasty and was cooked as requested. From the moment I walked in, everything just felt welcoming and comfortable. Tom is genuinely the nicest and most genuine host I’ve ever had and constantly has brought me and my friends back time and time again. Not a good experience. Its 3:30am and haven't been to a Perkins in 20 years. Waitress was great. Food was good. But the manager with a bowtie was sitting at a table next to me chatting it up with another person. They were laughing and talking so obnoxiously loud. The few people there were visibly uncomfortable. Went on for 20 minutes when I got there. After the meal I used the restroom and almost threw up my meal I just ate from the smell alone. It was like it hasn't been services for years. How does a restaurant let their bathrooms get that bad. Amazing
