My wife and I ordered ourselves each a sandwich, we got a French fries to share and a fried cheese to share. I paid close to $10 for her Ruben which was barely a sandwich! Had a very small amount of meat! I paid sub prices for a small sandwich I would have given my child! I got a chicken tender sub add america cheese but got no cheese. My wife's fried cheese was barely cooked! The center of the fried cheese was still solid cheese! Her fried cheese wasn't even warm when I got it from the counter! I'm will not be returning to the Boardman location again!

Asked for an Italian delight sandwich which comes with cheese, salami, capicola and pepperoni. I asked for ham to also be added. I received just a pepperoni and cheese sandwich. Not that hard to follow a food order. Subway is more competent than this.

Sandwich factory is soooooo slow! They need new management. Boardman location people are always so sour, mess up on orders and take forever. I also do food delivery and hate pickups at both locations. Always a wait. Orders never ready when they are supposed to be. Employees seem to have no specific job. Everyone blaming everyone else and always asking who made what order.

Every single time I call the Boardman location on market Street no matter what time of day it is no matter what day of the week it is. Nobody answers the phone so that I can place an order. I don't understand what this is about. Do you want business or not? I went in and every time I'm in there and the phone rings. Nobody answers it. The one time I heard the one kid tell the other kid don't answer that! So basically I don't know the owners are aware of it or not. But because of the kids you have working in there not wanting to answer the phone and take orders. You're losing a heck of a lot of
